As founder and CEO of IT Mentors, a global technology training company, Tim Kashani creates enjoyable and productive work environments where people with diverse artistic and technical skills and ideas come together to deliver innovative and entertaining solutions in business and the arts.

For over 20 years Kashani has been traveling all over the world with IT Mentors, training and designing global solutions for major corporations. He helps organizations understand and apply training and technology to increase business productivity and provides meaningful advice to CEOs, senior executives, and business leaders. Kashani has been involved in assessing the training and technology needs of some of the world’s largest financial and technology corporations and has co-authored or contributed to several books including PerformancePoint Services 2010 Unleashed (SAMS), Microsoft Office PerformancePoint Server 2007 (Wiley), and Drive Business Performance: Enabling a Culture of Intelligent Execution (Wiley).

Other exciting accomplishments include supporting the entertainment world through his entertainment company, Apples and Oranges Studios. Under his non-profit, ShowbizU, he recently launched a new Arts education portal. ShowbizU works to inform, empower and connect storytellers with content about show business and storytelling that will help artists transform their abilities and expand their horizons. The non-profit open source arts hub for the future, provides access and opportunities to storytellers who want to learn, grow, and expand their network.

Based in Orange County and New York City, Apples and Oranges has already won acclaim as producers of the 2010 Tony Award® winning Best Musical, MEMPHIS and the Tony Award® winning revival of HAIR on both Broadway and the West End. His newest production of AN AMERICAN IN PARIS is set to open on Broadway in April 2015.
