Hayley graduated from UC Irvine in 2011 with a major in Chemistry and minors in Biology and Education, earning and Departmental Honors and Phi Lambda Upsilon distinction. She was a member of UCI’s women’s tennis team where she helped lead the team to the school’s first Big West Conference title, a NCAA Division 1 National Championships appearance, and a top 25 national ranking. She also received Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Academic All-American and Big West Academic All-Conference honors.
Hayley additionally holds master’s degrees from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business (M.M.S.) and Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education (Ed.M.). Along with her identical twin sister, Miranda, she is the founder of Delta Squared Education, an education company in Newport Beach with a focus on college advising, academic tutoring, and consulting Previously, she worked for UCI Applied Innovation, where she was responsible for developing experiential learning programs to support UCI entrepreneurs and help commercialize university research. She also played a pivotal role in the establishment of Duke University’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship Initiative.
Hayley was born and raised in Newport Beach, California. She is a U.S. Figure Skating gold medalist, a two-time marathon finisher, and also enjoys golf, yoga, running, and traveling.
